Product Returns 

After receiving the order, the customer retains the right to return products within 14 calendar days. In any case, returned products must be in the condition in which they were received.

More specifically:

– The products must be in excellent condition, without damage or signs of use.
– Additionally, they must be accompanied by all original documents and purchase receipts (e.g., Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
– Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the products.

Return Conditions:

To exercise the right of return, the customer must notify the store in writing via the contact form.
Product returns may be carried out with any courier company.
Note: Returns sent via regular post (ELTA) are not accepted.
The shipping cost for returned products is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Note: In cases where WaxNation is at fault, for example, products of defective quality, incorrect packaging, damage during shipment, or errors in order processing/invoicing, WaxNation assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return shipping cost, and the reshipping expenses.
It is essential that prior communication via the contact form has taken place, and proof of damage (via photos) must be provided within 7 calendar days from receipt.
